The CTOS SME Networking Session organized by CTOS was held on 9th August 2022, at VE Hotel & Residence, Bangsar South. The event began with welcome remarks by Mr. Erick Hamburger, the Group CEO of CTOS Digital Berhad.
The Co-head of Economic Research & Senior Economist of RAM Ratings, Mr. Woon Khai Jhek shared with us the SME Business Sentiments and Economic Outlook for the coming 6 months. It is said that the GDP growth in first quarter of 2022, which was 5.0%, is better than expected. The GDP growth was contributed by 6.5% Services sector and 6.6% Manufacturing factor, with negative growth from Construction and Mining sectors.
We were then joined by Head of SME Banking from CIMB Bank, Mr Jaya Balan Kathiravalu and GM Data & Analytics from CTOS, Mr Sadish Ray. More than 50 SME owners benefited from their sharing on CTOS SME Score and bank credit evaluation criteria.
After an update on new CTOS products by CTOS Client Relations Manager, Mr. Kent Chong, Mr. Jet Foong was invited on stage to share with over 50 SME owners, on Vanta Capital’s background and services.
